Archives/Archivos Lesson 198 - HOW NOT TO LIVE A WASTED LIFE (God's Plan and Promises for You from the Book of Isaiah) Keep praying though others are playing. Keep giving though others are getting. Keep serving others though others serve only themselves. Harvest time will soon be here! Across the world—or across the street—the only investment that has “forever” attached to it are the lives and souls of men, women, lads and lassies. And we get to reach, teach and train them because of faithful supporters who reach out to us with your prayers and support. Jews called me “national treasure,” “champion,” “soul-snatcher,” “dangerous,” etc. But they never called me “hypocrite,” “liar” or “deceiver.” Jesus—Yeshuah—was always out front. He still is. There are over 300 messianic prophecies in the Old Testament. We have only studied forty-three. We can now look back at many prophecies fulfilled in Christ’s first coming. But a future day will dawn when we will look back at His second coming and sing with the choirs of heaven to Jesus our King, “How great Thou art!” I faced it all in the late 1970’s and 1980’s. We took our stand to awaken the Church to God’s heart for the Jews. God gave me a 4-fold charge to challenge Christians far and wide. Our last four lessons covered 33 prophecies that pointed to Jesus Christ’s first coming. Now let’s see how the earth will be changed when He comes a second time—just as He promised. The following fabulous prophecies await His fulfillment. We who have experienced the new life God gives through a relationship with His Son Jesus Christ know that we can trust His promises to the end of life. But what a about those who have doubts about whether or not Jesus really is the Savior of the world and the only hope for sins forgiven and eternal life? Our loving God gives overwhelming proof of this fact through hundreds of prophecies concerning Christ’s coming—some of them thousands of years before His birth. The devil has fought me more over this little book than perhaps all of my previous books put together. He doesn’t want it printed, read, or put into action. The final challenge in the book will tell you why. You’ll be reminded of, and thrilled by, God’s plan for your own life. And you may choose to use this little book to help as a guide for those you love and pray for.
there are 333 prophecies in the Old Testament that deal with the promised Messiah, and of those 333 texts, 456 specific details of His life and coming…”. Only two prophecies fulfilled would be amazing. That would be like saying two thousand years ago, that Ronald Reagan would be president of a place called “United States” in the year 1980. And that the Chicago Cubs would win the World Series in 2016. See why the prophecies concerning Jesus are so incredible and faith-building?!
