Of course the Holy Spirit is left on the side lines while the debate rages on. However today God's Spirit is shaking up his Church and bringing a new humility and hunger to many in leadership. You read about all of the drug-related kidnappings, torture and killings (even beheadings) happening across Mexico. What you don't hear are all the prayers and pleadings from Mexican Christians for God's power, favor and boldness in the face of daily dangers. |
