The Action Report May 2010 My dear friend, "Will America abandon Israel?” It’s a question I asked many years ago and devoted a whole chapter to this subject in my book "GOD GHETTOS, GENECIDE, GLORY”. That question is being answered today. Israel is being abandoned by using a subtle "reasonable attempt at justice and fairness for the Palestinians”. Evangelical churches are being "newly educated” in this new "progressive interpretation of the Scriptures” that replaces the "past blind allegiance Christians gave to the Jews and Israel”. Bottom line? Divide Jerusalem and let Arabs have half for their capital. Force Jews back to the pre–1967 "suicide borders” where they can be attacked again. Do it all in the name of "justice” – until it is "just us” soldiers of Islam and the western stooges who need our petroleum”. Only one fact is overlooked by enemies and false friends who say, "We have the power to force our will on the nation of Israel”. Their "power” is only delegated and temporal. Israel’s Creator – the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob – has a purpose in it all. Bring the nations that oppose Him into terrible judgment. Open Jewish eyes to their only hope – Messiah Jesus. Nothing can stop God! And no one can cancel His will. Look at this:
"Behold I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth are gathered together against it.” (Zechariah 12:23) The hour has arrived. The shaking has begun. Those who oppose Israel and who ridicule God will lose. We who comfort, bless and stand by this tiny, lonely – and yes, sinful – Israel will be part of God’s great plan of restoration and redemption. We’re on the right side! I’m being asked to help impact Boston and the East Coast with strong demonstrations of Christian support for Israel. If America abandons Israel to the wolves of hate, our country will be added to God’s "hit list” of nations that oppose His will. That is the warning I take across the country. It is also a warning to the world. Will you march with us through your prayers and financial help? We don’t want to fight with one hand tied behind our back because of limited funds. I pray the Lord will touch your heart to send help now. We need you! After all, look what man himself is capable of doing with the atom and hydrogen bombs. Now
the fear is that nuclear weapons are being placed in the hands of madmen who wish to annihilate
their enemies. God has blessed man with incredible genius. We stand in awe as we watch men and women in a room full of computers and high-tech instruments guiding and landing spacecraft on distant planets. At that moment, we appear invincible. But then a mammoth tornado comes—or a terrifying hurricane—or rains that flood whole regions and never listen to our shouts to “Stop!”—or the shake that removes from under our feet any confidence or pride we carry, and leaves us numb with hardly enough breath to even utter the paralyzing word “EARTHQUAKE!”. And man is helpless in the face of it all! |
