Mi Norma y yo lo leímos en nuestra luna de miel y muchas parejas han hecho lo mismo. Sin embargo, existe una mayor lección para ser adquirida en meditar sobre este libro que simplemente la belleza y la pasión del amor humano. Esta es la historia más profunda del amor del Salvador para usted y para mí. Y cuando nuestros ojos espirituales son abiertos a ese amor impresionante que Él tiene para nosotros, buscaremos sólo una cosa por encima de todo- amar a Jesús en respuesta a que Él nos amo primero a nosotros. CANTARES DE SALOMÓN 1:2-4 Ejemplo- El incomparable, indescriptible amor de nuestro Mesías y
Salvador para usted y para mí.
2:1-4,7,8,10-17 Ejemplo-Lo que desea nuestro Señor encantador- una historia de
amor mutuo entre Él y yo (usted).
4:1,3,7,9,12,15,16 Ejemplo- Dios quiere que mi corazón, como un jardín, sea
"encerrado" - reservado sólo para que Él y lleno de agua de vida del
Espíritu Santo.
EL COSTO DE RETRASARSE 5:2,3,6 Ejemplo- El costo en demorar a obedecer el Espíritu Santo. 6:1 Ejemplo- Al buscar más del Señor, encontraremos que otros quieren encontrarlo a Él también. 6:9 Ejemplo- En un mundo de miles de millones de personas, Cristo te
ama como si fueras la única persona en la tierra.
7:10 Ejemplo- Es así cómo deberíamos reservar nuestro "primer amor"
para Jesús solamente.
7:11 Ejemplo- Nuestro amado Salvador nos invita a ir con Él a todo el
mundo en la predicación y la enseñanza de la buena noticia de su
muerte y resurrección.
8:5-7 Ejemplo de la única clase de amor digno de nuestro Dios. 8:14 Ejemplo- La Iglesia debe acelerar el regreso de nuestro amado
Salvador obedeciendo su mandamiento de evangelizar al mundo.

the fear is that nuclear weapons are being placed in the hands of madmen who wish to annihilate
their enemies. God has blessed man with incredible genius. We stand in awe as we watch men and women in a room full of computers and high-tech instruments guiding and landing spacecraft on distant planets. At that moment, we appear invincible. But then a mammoth tornado comes—or a terrifying hurricane—or rains that flood whole regions and never listen to our shouts to “Stop!”—or the shake that removes from under our feet any confidence or pride we carry, and leaves us numb with hardly enough breath to even utter the paralyzing word “EARTHQUAKE!”. And man is helpless in the face of it all! |
