The Action Report
Sharing the Living Light

Far away in the oceans of Asia, a boatload of refugees struggled in the high seas. Trying to escape a land of oppression, there was a good chance they would drown before finding freedom. Ship after ship passed them by. None cared to help. Then a ship from Israel came on the pitiful scene and made the rescue. When the media later asked the Israeli captain why he had stopped to care when so many ships from other nations did not, he answered simply that Israelis knew what it felt like to be alone.

Now the Mideast is exploding. Israelis again feel threatened and alone. Christians are riveted on prophetic possibilities: “Will the Syrian conflict force Israel into war?”  “What happens that causes Israel to be at peace before the Gog-Magog attack in Ezekiel 38 and 39?” “What about the terrible conflict over Jerusalem and unbelievable loss of life prophesied in Zechariah chapters 12 to 14?”

On and on questions and fears come to the surface as each day’s news brings new surprises. No one has all the answers. But God does. And He gives His people light as it is needed. One thing never changes—and that is what I am most concerned about.

While the Church is to be aware of living in prophetic days, our main task is to be a witness for the Ancient of days. To tell the whole world—red, yellow, black, white—all religions, cultures and people groups—that there is a magnificent living Savior and Messiah ready and willing to come to each individual human heart and connect it to the very life of God.

Forgiveness of sins. Freedom from guilt. Hope after death. More than hope—guarantee of eternal life.

What connects the world? The internet does. It goes everywhere. And the world’s young people flock to it. That’s why I feel consumed with the cry to lift Jesus high through internet television. We’ve made the first three half hour programs and are ready to tape four more. It’s called “MORE THAN TALK,” and believe me, it is more than just talk.

You’ll see how different from normal “religiosity” these productions are. And imagine God’s aliveness by His Holy Spirit going to around 150 countries! Yes, all across Israel with a message that they are not alone. Across the chaotic Arab world. Precious and bleeding Africa. The masses of Asia. All connected through the Internet.

Please, please pray for me. I’m no kid anymore, but I’m glad for the accumulating years and wrinkles. Flesh is useless in this battle. Human strength is worthless. But God delights in taking the foolish and weak and showing off the magnificence of Jesus. That is my hope. And that is why we will take “MORE THAN TALK” to a little Israel and a big world. It will take prayer, supply and strength, but God has it all. I know He will lay this on many hearts. I hope yours will be one of them.

Because He Lives,

Frank

Remember when Jesus told the disciples that His followers would do greater works than He did? Greater works? Of course! When Jesus was here, He was in one place at one time. Not any more.
